1. Making a purchase
When you shop at Findapic Ltd, we have tried to make the process as easy
as possible:

To begin, navigate to the photo album you wish to choose your photo(s)
from. You will be presented with a page, or several pages, of thumbnails
(small photos). Underneath each photo you will see the words "Purchase
Options ". By clicking this text, the associated photo will be added
to your basket, and you will be re-directed to a page where you can
choose your size and number of photos.
[If you are purchasing from overseas,
we advise you to check the prices in your own currency before purchasing.
Please note, when you arrive at the 'checkout' page, you will be charged
in NZ dollars.]

On arrival at the checkout you need to select the photo size from
the select option boxes, and also insert the number of prints you
would like into the 'add to cart' quantity box.

If you are planning on buying different sizes of the same photo,
start by choosing your first size and quantity, and then click the
"add to cart" button. The cart then reloads and gives you further
options. Continue this process until you are satisfied.

You may then continue to shop for more photos, else continue to the
checkout.

If you are happy with your purchase and wish to proceed with payment,
click the 'Checkout' button.
Here you will be asked for your contact details and mailing instructions.

To buy photos from Findapic, you will be asked to join up as a member.
This is free! We require this so that we can fulfill our obligations
to our customers more satisfactorily, and also so that we can increase
our shop security.

Creating a login profile with Findapic also allows you to shop faster,
track the status of your current orders and review your previous orders.

When signing up, you will be given the option to have the photos
shipped to a different mailing address. Please ensure you fill out
the appropriate sections correctly.

You can still change your mind at this stage! Simply click the 'Shopping
Cart' link at the top right of the page, and make whatever changes
you wish.

Postage and packaging is added at this stage.

Your order process takes you through 3 stages. Follow the instructions.

Happy with your purchases?

Click 'confirm' and you will be taken to a secure page hosted by
the National Bank of New Zealand where your credit card details will
be processed. We currently accept Visa and MasterCard. Credit card
numbers are encrypted using Secure Socket Layer encryption. This ensures
that your details cannot be viewed, stolen or copied.
2. Delivery and freight

Due to printing times, and our despatch policies, please allow up
to 14 days for the delivery of your photos.

NZ Post makes all deliveries within New Zealand, and the photos are
sent inside non-bendable jiffy bags to ensure that you receive the
photos in the same condition that they were printed. We cannot take
responsibility for delivery delays due to causes beyond our control.

For overseas customers, any import taxes and duties that may be incurred
are your responsibility.
3. Refund policy

In the unlikely event that we are not able to fulfil your order then
you will receive a full refund to your credit or debit card.

If there is an error in fulfilment of your order then please contact
us and we will correct the error or refund as necessary.

We reserve the right to request the return of print items before
a refund will be issued.
